Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and eDev Solutions (“we”), which runs Seroq. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you use Seroq for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you are allowed to.

Seroq asks AI engines the questions buyers ask, on every engine, and reports how often your brand is named and chosen, which competitors are picked instead, which sites are cited, and what could be improved. It also checks whether your public website can be read by AI systems. How it measures is described in full.

AI answers vary from one run to the next and change over time. Every figure is an estimate from a sample, shown with its range. Seroq does not promise any ranking, any recommendation by an AI engine, or any sales result.

• You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
• Keep your password and any API key private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• An account is for one person. The Agency plan lets you share reports with clients through report links and email, not through your login.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

• Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Payment is taken by Polar, which is the merchant of record: Polar issues your invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT, and its checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
• Each plan has limits on brands, questions and measurements per month. They are shown on the pricing page and enforced in the app. Unused measurements do not carry over.
• If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and your reports stay available to you until then.

If Seroq is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

You agree not to:

• measure a brand or website for an unlawful purpose, or in order to harass or defame anyone;
• enter personal information about any person into brand names, competitor names or questions;
• use the site check on websites that are not publicly reachable, or to probe a website for weaknesses;
• resell or share access to your account, other than through the sharing features of your plan;
• copy, scrape, overload or try to break the service, or get around plan limits;
• present a Seroq report as a guarantee, certification or endorsement by any AI company.

Naming competitors in order to measure them against your own brand is a normal use of the service.

What you enter and the reports produced for you are yours. You give us permission to store and process them in order to provide the service. We only use them for that.

The Seroq software, design, name and method remain ours. On the Agency plan you may put your own name and logo on reports and client pages. You may not remove the method note, which says how the figures were produced.

The answers quoted in a report are written by third-party AI engines, not by us. They can be wrong, out of date, or unfair to your brand or to someone else’s. We reproduce them as evidence of what the engine said. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content.

The action plan and any AI-written explanation are suggestions, not professional advice. You decide what to act on.

Seroq depends on those engines and on other outside services. They can change, slow down or become unavailable, and an engine may be added or removed. When an answer cannot be collected it is reported as unknown and is never counted as a zero.

You are responsible for who you give a report link to, and for what a report says about third parties when you pass it on. When you add a client’s email address, you confirm that the person expects to receive reports from you.

We work to keep Seroq available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

Seroq is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those written in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or any indirect loss, and our total liability to you for anything connected with Seroq is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

You can stop using Seroq at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or is not paid for. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you the chance to put things right. After an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts decide any dispute, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to something else. Please write to us first. Most problems can be sorted out by email.

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Seroq after that, the new terms apply.
